Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Hishebi Softwares handles refund requests for products and services, including Hishebi App, Hishebi Business, unless a separate written agreement or custom contract states otherwise.
Digital Services and Software
Because our products are software and digital services, refunds are generally reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once access has been provisioned or services delivered, charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or approved by us in writing.
When Refunds May Be Considered
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Billing mistakes caused by our system.
- A paid service could not be delivered substantially as described and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Other exceptional situations approved by our management team.
When Refunds Are Normally Not Available
- Change of mind after service activation or delivery.
- Failure to use the product during an active subscription period.
- Issues caused by customer devices, internet access, third-party systems, or misuse of the service.
- Requests made after a long delay from the original payment date without a valid reason.
Request Process
To request a refund, contact us with your name, company name if applicable, payment details, invoice or transaction reference, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may request supporting information to investigate the request properly.
Review Timeline
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable business period. If approved, the refund will usually be returned through the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing.
Service Suspension or Partial Refunds
Where appropriate, we may offer account credit, partial refund, rescheduled service delivery, or service extension instead of a full refund.
