Cancellation Policy
Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for Hishebi Softwares services and software offerings, including Hishebi App, Hishebi Business, unless a separate contract or proposal states different terms.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid future renewal charges. Cancellation will usually stop future renewals, while service access may continue until the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated.
Project or Service Cancellations
For implementation work, custom development, setup services, consulting, or other project-based work, cancellation requests are reviewed based on work completed, committed resources, and contractual milestones.
Effect of Cancellation
- Future access or renewals may be disabled after the applicable service period.
- Outstanding balances for completed work or active service periods may remain due.
- Data retention, export, or deletion may follow the agreed service terms or internal retention requirements.
Notice Period
We recommend submitting cancellation requests with reasonable advance notice so we can confirm billing impact, access timelines, and any next steps needed for account closure or transition.
Non-Cancellable Items
Some fees, completed setup work, one-time deliverables, or third-party pass-through costs may be non-cancellable once incurred or delivered.
